Standard shipping is free on orders of R2 000 or more (before discount codes) within South Africa. Orders under R2 000 attract a flat shipping fee, which is calculated and shown clearly before you confirm payment.

Estimated delivery times once your order is confirmed and the goods are in stock:

• 1–3 working days to main centres
• 3–5 working days to other areas

These times are estimates only and can vary depending on the courier and your location. You will receive a tracking number by email, SMS or WhatsApp once the order has been dispatched. You can also track your order on the tracking page of our website.

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address on your order. Please check the parcel on arrival. If it is obviously damaged, note it with the courier and contact us the same day.

If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods for a change of mind (the day of receipt does not count). You pay the direct cost of return shipping. We refund you within 30 days of cancellation.

If the goods are defective, unsafe, or not of good quality, you have rights under the Consumer Protection Act and may return them within 6 months of delivery. You choose repair, replacement or a refund, and we pay reasonable return shipping once a defect is confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification by email, SMS or WhatsApp with a tracking number. You can use this number on the tracking page to follow your delivery.

We accept major credit and debit cards as well as EFT payments through our secure payment providers. All payments are processed securely and we do not store your full card details on our site.
